I never recieved my order. The deliveryman did not try to contact me, i tried to contact customer service several times but they never answered! 0 customer service 0 professionalism And never got my money back! 100% do NOT recommend

Why did it turn to 4 stars I put 3. Anyways, too expensive. Many places cost double their original price, and if they don’t they still cost a good 50% more almost all the time. If u buy groceries get a grocery app, not this. If you buy in bulk, don’t use this, you will pay a loooot more. If you want affordable food don’t use this app unless you have an offer. But, I will admit it’s convenient. I’m just not willing to pay 50-100% more for convenience.

Delivery was not delivery to the correct apartment. This is not acceptable Unproffesional

It is very difficult to contact help, and it is impossible to contact the driver or the restaurant. Even if you don’t receive or your order is completely inedible, you won’t receive a reimbursement, completely unreliable!

To expensive.

0 star customer service I have a 10$ off that i couldn’t receive. When i tried to place the order with the 10$off they write the payment method is invalid. I tried different cards to see what the problem was. All same. When I took the 10$ off (that is my right), the order was placed. Not professional at all, worse ever.

I had an issue where half my order didn’t arrive although i was charged. I contacted customer service on a course of 2 days while getting the same response which is “we are sorry but we cant do anything about your issue” they didn’t refund me or even investigate what went on and for that reason i deactivated the account which i was a loyal customer in since 2017. Shame on you Uber for this unprofessional and frustrating experience.

I had a technical problem with the app. It didn’t let me call the delivery driver. He marked the order as delivered and then took it. Uber refused to refund me and was absolutely uncooperative.

Dear Uber-eats team, Regardless of any issue in the country, you can’t accept orders and cancel it after 43min, the maximum cancelation time should be 15min. I don’t know who is managing here in Saudie Arabia, but i guess you need to train your team on solving problems faster... Regards.
