The worst app I have ever used for food deliveries. They don’t have any one for the support. I waited 20 min to chat with an agent, nobody responded. They are not even looking at what the problem was.

Worst delivery service ever. Really bad customer support

Se întârzie foarte mult și nu face nimeni nimic.
Avoid this app
Extremely poor customer service, not answering to requests. Promo scams in the app. There’s a 1+1 offer and they immediately cancel the promo as you place the order, so you can’t notice on time. Just use something else.
Worst app to date for food delivery.
Our food was stolen and they refuse to offer us a refund on bogus terms and if I were you I’d stay far away from this app. It does not offer protection against stolen food nor does it offer refunds like promised. Stay off the app.

The app just loads infinitely. This was after the delivery was done, in line with the “add a tip later” flow.
