Worst app for support when you deal with an order that has missing items.

Very disappointed
In the UK I didn’t experience a good service with Uber eats, I’ve ordered multiple times from the market and everytime some items were missing. And even with uber one they said you have 0 taxes for delivery, actually they have same taxes. Uber eats in UK it’s a trap. 😊
Theft
After you make an Order and delivery have delay (huge delay) or the driver going to another delivery place , ypu don t have any option to contact somebady just the restaurants , and they will tell you ,, we went to the address in the application and there was no one, we're sorry” and you lost money and the order not coming… uber win , restaurants win , the client lose … Grate 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👍🏼
Too expensive :(
Service fee and delivery are way too expensive!! 20% of the total cost is service fee & delivery fee…I spend more ob uber eats than at the restaurant, where I am served by a waiters etc
Very bad customer support
4 hours in a chat with support and they were not even reading my messages
Order cancelled out of nowhere
My order got cancelled just like that, no explanations no nothing. I had to reorder…
Update addresses does not work and no support
There is no way to completely update an address…and by that to actually update the address. Only adjacent info can be updated. To top it off when trying to look for a way to reach support to actually solve it there is no method to contact them for something like this.
Expensive and ling waiting times
I don’t understand why on earth the app doesn’t ask you if you are okay with the delivery having previous stops before delivering to you. I am paying a delivery fee only to have to wait like an idiot.
