Uber Eats: Food & Groceries

I ordered a few pizzas and river came 20 minutes earlier than what the app said. When I check my phone I noticed that the trip was mark as completed and there was no food on my doorstep. Even the picture the driver submitted was only a picture of the food itself and no location. I’m so disgusted at how there was no even a waiting time or anything they just took my money and the driver took my food. Shame on you uber eats, never using your platform again.

When trying to order a share bag meal from McDonald’s the app doesn’t allow me to select the 2 regular drinks, I’ve tried clicking on the option many times to no avail, very annoying I must say

It does what it says it does. I like the animations.

The app itself works well but the drivers are the worst, specifically the fast food delivery drivers. They are illegal immigrants and they lack the ability to communicate proper and deliver a professional service. Uber needs to do a better job of vetting the people they allow on to the platform to provide services.

Delivery always takes at least twice as long as the app says.

Ordered food driver went to the wrong location and I called him he said he left with my food and I asked him to come back he then proceeded to cuss me and blocked my number tried to get my money back since I didn’t get the food they said I am not eligible for a refund,this is by far the worst experience I have ever had !!!!

I was charged twice for one order and never received a refund

The app works well, just sometimes it is difficult to select the destination, or for the app to pick up my exact location. A suggestion I have, is to make it easier to pay for restaurants. Many a times my family wants different things, but we have to pay separately, so it would be great if one big order could be made, and one big order
