FedEx Mobile Reviews

App keeps crashing or not loading

mcrs27fru on

Singapore

The app is good when it works but more often than not it doesn’t load up - either it freezes on the loading screening or it crashes. Please fix as otherwise there’s no point having one

Invalid phone number?

I entered Singapore mobile number and it keep saying invalid so I can’t sign up. Geez, you are losing a potential customer for sure.

I don’t live in the US. Stop asking me for my State and zip code. It’s actually pretty arrogant that it instantly takes you to “pick your State”. It does not give you an option to chose any of the other 194 remaining countries outside of USA.

Notification function

janna42 on

Singapore

The notification function no longer works. It tells me “The action you requested couldn’t be completed. Please try again.” It’s been like this for days. Please fix it.

Stalling Out

Jamelyn on

United States

The FedEx app keeps stalling on the opening logo page. The app will not fully open and will not let me get in to check the status of my packages. It’s been doing this for several days now as of 1/5/2025.

terrible app, terrible service

Darkshadowclone on

Recently, I ordered quite an expensive and important package..something you ideally want right away. But I was out on vacation and told by the app that I would need to sign for the delivery, something obviously not possible as I wouldn’t be there. So thinking logically, I tried to click the “Hold for Vacation” button in the app only to get repeatedly told that “An issue has occurred” and to “Please try again later.” Over the course of the next 2 days I tried this method over and over again but to no avail. So I made the decision to “Hold at location” until I could return and get the package. HOWEVER, after waiting around 6 hours for the app to update me on where my package might be or when I could pick it up, I had enough. I decided to look up when the location was closed so I can try going once back. But the funny thing is THEY CLOSE AT 5 PM AND AREN’T EVEN OPEN THE NEXT DAY. So now I have to wait two whole days for a package that I could already have because I pressed ONE BUTTON. Please keep in mind there is NO way to cancel a hold at location. Unbelievable, next time I’m going with ups.
