Unprofessional, no show up, last moment cancellation without prior apology, thieves
The booking has a problem … the app is not flexible…
Very complicated booking system… such a headache… the same problem happened twice now … i book one professional and they send two …. And they want to deduct double the fees…the help line is also slow to respond !!!

They cancel a monthly paid service 2 hours before booked time. Claims are not met. Supervisors are as useless as their agents. Not recommended!

The professionals are not experienced and very lazy. They dont do good job at all especially when leave them alone
Horrible customer service team, wrong system glitches , wrong information
The cleaners are lovely and amazing but the system cancels and delays and just keeps messing up and the customer service team are the worst they lie about everything !! They make u feel like u r stupid and when u try to explain to them anything no proper information is given to help u understand No call center number either only chatting which takes them ages to reply to
Reschedule at last minute
I booked a cleaning service from the beginning of the week because I had important occasion and wanted the home to be clean . The appointment was rescheduled just two hours before the time of the booking and to another time that is not suitable for me and left me with little time to find alternatives
