I must say the service was truly impressive. The convenience of having a professional come to my home was unparalleled. The stylist, Anabyl, was exceptional in her work—I loved the results and would highly recommend their services. Overall, a fantastic experience that I intend to repeat.

Unfortunately, my experience with this cleaning company has been a complete disappointment. Despite making a booking well in advance, they failed to show up without any prior notice or explanation. This left me in a lurch, and it was incredibly inconvenient to rearrange my schedule to accommodate a no-show. Furthermore, when I attempted to contact their customer service team for an explanation, I was met with apathy and a complete lack of concern for the inconveniences caused. Their unprofessionalism only added to the frustration and dissatisfaction of the entire ordeal. Unfortunately, due to their incompetence and poor customer service, I would strongly advise against patronizing this cleaning company. There are plenty of reputable alternatives out there that won't leave you feeling so let down and frustrated. Save yourself the hassle and look elsewhere for your cleaning needs.

Very bad service. Yesterday the workers lied to us by telling that the machine was not working. Too much torturing. The dont work according to the plan that we selected. They come home and ask us to cancel our booking and prove us private service and want us to pay to them personally.

Every time I make a new booking, the professional is either more than 30 minutes late, unreachable or do not show up at all. I’ve had enough, have given them many chances weekly for 6 months
