I have booked and paidfor a cleaner professional,waited for 5 hours they don’t answer the phone and on the chat they say they can’t come (after 5 hours)rude unprofessional Also I have been cheated on a membership I didn’t sign for and I keep on getting charged ,raised the issue multiple times nothing has been done about it yet! Imagine paying for a service and never getting it Second day they promised to come they just blocked me and stopped answering service was not delivered

The booking was canceled on my behalf ( I was not informed about it, just seen in a few hours before the lady supposed to come). And it was saying that I canceled, which it not true.

Is the second time i use this app for pedicure and both times I was very unhappy with the skills of the staff. The lady that came last was clearly not used to work with nails and when I asked she said that normally she is doing hair. This people are exploited instead of having people qualified for each area. Other than the comfort of having this service at home, there is no added value to it. Same price you get in any saloon but with better end result.

Services are very very expensive n professional are so irrespecful n do not use all products . They keep for themselves 😂

Pages won’t load, like laser hair reduction page is broken since days. Plus it’s not worthy of a big ticket service like this. They won’t support you unless they have extracted 50-60k out of you. Just another aggressive money minded company :/

Please don’t use there AC service. They will cause damage and will charge extra also

This company is a customer service oriented company but it has zero or no customer care number For any issue you wil be directed to an automated IVR I had an issue with a service and could get in touch with company representative. A company like this which has no respect for its customers and wants to save money from hiring customer support should not be supported and this should be made stingy practice should be made aware to the public at large
