It’s a Scam company from India , not for Singapore. No sow and cancellation charges a lot. No what’s app notification called call centre it is based in India and they treat you like an Indian local. they said we have to check the app. Useless app changes are not notified but there is a what’s app function setting its don't work. Better use other local app
Worst Professional Attitude
Not end user friendly and worst professional cleaner Angel.
Poor customer service; a scam
DO NOT USE. I had the WORST experience with this company. They are a waste of time! I made a booking for 23 Nov 2PM 4 days ago & was only told on 23 Nov 2:10PM itself that the cleaner couldn’t make it. They sincerely apologized & asked for a second chance, booking me another session at 5:30PM the same day. At 6PM, nobody arrived and I received a call saying their staff would not head down. IM FURIOUS. I WASTED MY SATURDAY WAITING FOR NOTHING.
Disappointed
On my second session of regular cleaning, the cleaner didn’t show up. Checked the app and realised my booking got cancelled without any notifications. Had a chat with the agent and was told that they had issue deducting payment the day before so they cancelled my booking. In the first place, why is payment deducted 1 day before and when payment is not successful, no communication to ask if service is still required.

Excellent aircon cleaning service with expectations. No complain. Will continue to engage UC for aircon cleaning service and try out others services as well.
Excellent workers but poor customer communication
The cleaning workers are hardworking. However, if you try to communicate to the company via WhatsApp, there will be no reply. I have asked for 2 weeks already and given them the feedback but still no response from WhatsApp. It’s like they want everything on cruise control. I’m a new user and has made a request and also needed clarification. Totally no response from WhatsApp. It seems that the WhatsApp is meant as a one way traffic communication. The company will use it to confirm appointments.
