It has been nearly 2 weeks and I still have not hear from UC regarding my refund. Payment for booking failed but money was deducted from my account.

I’ve been using urban company app for over 5+ years; love the plethora of service offerings, smooth app and service members who have been doing exceptional work till date. Highly highly recommend and worth the penny.
Payment should be done after completion of work.
I am extremely unhappy as this is the second time the booking is being cancelled
I paid around 1368 and got invoice for 335 around. I raised request 10days back, but i dint receive it till now. After many conversations over call, they refuse to give proper invoice in the current year and asked me to wait for a new year. I have to reimburse it by this year only. This feels like a fraudulent practice by the company.
No response from customer service
App is dead slow. Professionals don’t show and expect customers to cancel service. Customer support is zero with just a chat bot giving boilerplate answers

I had an extremely disappointing experience at Urban Comp. From the moment I walked in, I felt like the staff couldn't care less about assisting me. I was greeted with an unenthusiastic "hello," but no one offered to help or even made eye contact. After standing at the counter for several minutes, I had to approach one of the staff members myself to ask for help. Once I finally got someone’s attention, the employee seemed disinterested and impatient, almost as if I was bothering them. I had specific questions about a product I was considering buying, but the responses I received were vague, rushed, and didn't actually answer my questions. It felt like I was interrupting their day. Overall, the lack of customer service and attention to detail made my visit to Urban Comp extremely frustrating. I won't be returning, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for a pleasant cleaning experience.
