Poor application and backend support
I have scheduled cleaning once a week and in all sudden, without sending me any notification, my cleaner did not show up two weeks in a row. When I tried to reached out for help, there is no support at all - the customer care staff only tell me I have a scheduled booking (which eventually the cleaner did not show up). There are no notification of cancellation and I did not cancel the booking, then how did it happen two weeks in a row that my booking wasn’t in the system. This is a really bad experience and I have been using the same cleaner over 2 years. Bye Urban Company this is a terrible app.
