viagogo Tickets

i bought tickets to travis scott and they didn’t arrive until the last week, after they arrived they weren’t even valid and i had to negotiate with them on call spending 3 hours every day.

we ordered tickets 3 months ago for sza in hyde park. A week before we were meant to receive the tickets and got a confirmation email saying it got sent to a different email, we emailed the help line and they were questioning us why there was a different email attached to our account. we emailed back saying it wasn’t our and 2 days later called the help line got told we will not be going and that a refund will be send in 10 working days. worst experience ever do not buy your tickets on here!!!!!!!

Cost me £350. I had two tickets to sell and went to list them. Went through every step and it was confirmed and I got an email saying it was listed. When I checked back to see if the tickets had sold a few days later there was an alert to say it was hidden due to ‘compliance checks’. I contacted customer services to resolve the issue and they said within an hour it should be up. Turns out it wasn’t and then the event came round and I had two tickets which I couldn’t sell. Awful app and awful service would not recommend to use

Have to admit, after I bought resale Foo Fighter tickets last year I have had massive anxiety all year from reading all the online reviews on different platforms and wondering if the tickets would arrive, and if they did arrive, would they be legit? I followed the instructions received over the last few weeks from Viagogo, attended Emirates Old Trafford last night with my daughter and saw one of the greatest concerts of our lives. I can only rate on my experience, which in the end was positive.

Refused to pay back money after ticket transfer failed

App won’t adjust to fit iPhone SE screen, as such functions can not be seen/used

Bought tickets last year and didn’t receive them. Thought it was a one off so bought another ticket this year. I thought this was also suspicious as no sign of ticket being sent. I was told I would receive ticket on morning of concert but as I had to travel two hours to venue I decided to sell this ticket on. My ticket sold, but three days after the concert there was still no sign of payment I only received money for this ticket after I complained to Customer Service. Never use this site again.

I've bought two tickets from this app, and it's been successful so far. It's just nerve wrecking because it comes so late 😭 It's not their fault, but whoever is selling the ticket. Just wish it could give me more reassurance somehow!

Some feedback from selling point of view, tying to sell tickets they wouldn’t give me details I needed to send. 2 hours on chat and still no progress. Terrible system, buggy app and website, go elsewhere if you can!

Between logging in looping over and over having to close the app to attempt logging in again, to searches not working and having to resort to using the desktop site this app is pure trash! Ridden with bugs.
