Don’t deal with this specious scam company. They never offer you what you purchased in terms of tickets. Keep giving excuses for not delivering tickets with no refund. Very disappointing and disgusting
I tried to get a refund much before I got the tickets as they didn’t give me the guarantee I would have them. They only offered me to resell them. The app didn’t stop glitching and I didn’t even know if the ‘tickets ‘ were put on sell or not. I am putting a serious complaint. They sell tickets they don’t even have.
Never sent my ticket. Couldn’t get into the venue. Day ruined. Never buy tickets with these lot.
Ordered 2 tickets to see Aurora at the Royal Albert Hall, and when I did receive my tickets in a pdf form, found that it… A) told me how much they should have been worth B) informed me that they had been purchased through Ticketmaster So not only could I have for 4 tickets for the price of 2 had I gone to the venue site, I would have had change to spare. Also convinced this company uses Ticketmaster and simply adds a ridiculous commission. Do not use them or their services.
Any platform which allows people to tout tickets is dreadful
I paid for my tickets to see Chris Isaac in early July. I was also led to believe on Viagogo’s site that they would become available the week prior to the concert. They didn’t appear so I emailed them to be informed that they would be available to download of the afternoon of the concert. I wasn’t happy with this and informed Antonia their nominated representative. I then requested to speak to her supervisor to be informed …..surprise surprise that my tickets would made available earlier - the morning of the concert which was the 13th August. Whoopie do they were letting me have tickets that I had paid for in full weeks earlier. I subsequently discovered that I had paid well over the odds via PayPal for my two tickets and now in the process of trying to get some of my money back from Viagogo or dodgy supplier they use. My tickets should of cost me £70 each and Viagogo charged me over £270…. ! Subsequently looking through this company’s reviews I notice that they have been able to rip individuals off for a longtime by dodging the bullets. However, I feel they need to be thoroughly investigated as in essence what they are currently doing is robbing individuals. Worse still is they are being permitted to get away with it by an ineffective protection system. My advice is to stay well away from Viagogo and look at alternative safer sites offering tickets at sensible prices.
I’ve been using using iPhone apps for 15 years and some other ticketing apps eg DICE for many years, Viagogo definitely ranks as one of the worst mainstream apps I’ve used. From looking at events to buying a ticket or trying to download the ticket onto my wallet, nothing works well or sometimes at all. Can the organisers of big events like the bbc proms stop promoting such poor quality please ?
Worst app I've encountered in some time. Doesn't recognise a UK post code and when asked to punch in an emailed verification code it was invalid and resend just sent same code. Absolutely useless. Switched to someone else. Save your time.
Tickets simple minds tickets did not arrive. Had to pay again at inflated cost at venue. No response from customer service. Would give zero star if available.
