Terrible app

This app does not work. Tried to upload my flight but on iOS that option does not exist. I also tried to call them via ‘customer services’. This number goes straight to voicemail and is also non existing. Hope that the flight itself is better.

Booked flight cannot be found in app

My flight leaving from Paris (CDG-HAN)can’t be found: Paris is not in the list of destinations!!

Where’s My Bookings?

In the FAQ you can manage your bookings via My Bookings. Unfortunately, this option is nowhere to be found in the iOS app. So I can't add my flights in the app, only on the Vietnam Airlines website itself.

Worst flight app ever

I normally don’t write reviews here, but for the amount of time that I have tried to make bookings without success I will use 5 minutes more to write that this app, and also the internet site, are the worst I have experienced. Unable to fill in the correct information; Unable to fill in frequent flyer programme; Unable to finalise since it will return me to ‘search flights again’. Waste of time.

Unable to finalize reservations

App throws you out of booking system every few minutes so you are not able to handle your entire booking and you need to start all over again. Switched to normal website. Very annoying!

Vietnam Airlines App worst of All

The old App didn’t work smoothly and now the new version even worse! Cannot even put in departure and destination cities! This App is worthless and no use at all and very bad for business and reputation of Vietnam Airlines. Also now fill in and cannot go to payment module!!! Says “invalid FFP tag number”???

App is good but need a lot of improvement

The app sometimes closes itself, not responsive and somehow does not giver user a smooth experience. However i appreciate the effort that they put in this app. Need more development in the future!
