Can’t login in to manage bookings, very frustrating, please fix this

Can’t even get past the login screen without an endless loading wheel

Can’t save your bookings, can’t check in, literally cannot do anything on this app. Needs severe improvement. Panicked at the airport as it says “check in not valid on this flight” whilst also showing it as “departed” despite the flight still being three hours behind takeoff.

For example, there doesn’t seem to be any way of adding a flight booking to my Lotusmiles account in the App; the email address you are given to do this doesn’t work. Booking transit tours can’t be done either.

Update does not work. Nothing is ever tested in Vietnam or works first time!

Won’t let me update app and won’t let me check in without updating. Browser checkin not working either

I thought by downloading the app, I could have easy access to my bookings. Wrong! How annoying that the app is useless as you can’t actually login. Constantly telling you to update but still no access. Chocolate teapots have better use!

The app opens with a message to update but when pressed transfers to the App Store then back again to the message to update.

App force customer to update but there is no update so can not open app….

This app keeps asking me to update but I already updated in the App store. This leads me to a limbo of asking me to update and I can't view this app as this "needs to update" window covers most of the app.
