The app shows that my flight is on schedule for departure while I get an email from Vietnam Arlines that the flight is rescheduled to depart two hours later. Checking the Vietnam Airlines website also shows the flight as rescheduled. Sorry, but you just can’t fail with this kind of information.

Can’t check in online since the required field “Departure” is broken . It is a search field, i tried writing Saigon, SGN , Ho Chi Minh city but can’t get any search results. Even i click check in it says i have to fill in the required field search results. Same issue in flight tracking search.

Một hãng hàng không lớn mà lại làm ra một cái app trải nghiệm tệ hại khủng khiếp. Từ việc đăng nhập, flow forgetpass, book vé trải nghiệm, đổi thông tin đều rất tệ hại.

The worst airline app in the world. You can’t purchase ticket for someone else. When you logged into their website, you can’t log out. I was in the last step of paying for the ticket, and the website crashed 5 times.
