I love traveling with Vietnam Airlines but this app really unmake sense. App keep asking me to update but i have nothing to update. Please fix it asap.

The app is really useless, even for Lotusmile member
Booking via app is not better than booking on traveloka or main website! Never can key in promo code. Had incident that I paid but ticket was not sent within 2 hrs, contact service center via app, no solution, just a menu to let me talk with chatbox 😩.

Chưa bao giờ dùng app dịch vụ nào khiến ức chế như của VNA Đến việc vào đánh giá này cũng phải bắt buộc người ta nghĩ ra 1 cái biệt danh để hiển thị mà lại còn là unique. Chúa tôi! Ai rảnh mà ngồi nghĩ account unique cho dịch vụ tồi tệ

Một hãng hàng không lớn mà lại làm ra một cái app trải nghiệm tệ hại khủng khiếp. Từ việc đăng nhập, flow forgetpass, book vé trải nghiệm, đổi thông tin đều rất tệ hại.
