Welcome to the official app for Volotea, the airline that connects Europe’s small and medium sized cities with direct flights at very competitive prices. Using our app means you have everything in the palm of your hand: you can find the best offers, and access your bookings and boarding passes, as well as checking the status of your flight at any time too.

BOOK A FLIGHT
Book your flights more simply and easily from your mobile. During the booking process, you can access your recent searches, go forward and back at any time, and access our best tariffs and exclusive offers from the Megavolotea subscription service too. You’ll also be able to access all extra services and view the breakdown of your flight price, including all the details.

FLIGHT CHANGES AND ADDITIONAL SERVICES
Make changes to your booking and book extra services without having to go to one of our desks at the airport. Remember, you can make changes to your booking up to 7 days before departure and with our Flex plan, you can make unlimited date and itinerary changes up to 4 hours before your flight departs, at no additional cost.

ACCESS YOUR BOOKINGS
You can easily view all your bookings in the “Your Journeys” section of our app. You can view flights booked through the app or through any of our other sales channels, including travel agencies or our website.

PASSENGER PROFILE
In order to save time and avoid filling in details repeatedly, our app lets you enter passenger information, contact details and payment automatically while you’re booking your flight. Complete your profile and speed up your bookings. You can even save your payment methods so you don’t have to enter them again. You can also check your Volotea Credit balance on your profile and use it for future bookings; they’re all benefits!
FLIGHT STATUS
Our app lets you check the status of your Volotea flights at any time. You only need to enter your route information or flight number to check its updated status at any time, with additional information on our aircraft and the services we offer.

MOBILE CHECK-IN (at airports with permitted access)
For greater convenience you can check in for your flights directly from your cell phone. Save printing your boarding pass and go straight to the departure gate. You can store your boarding passes straight into your Passbook or, if you prefer, you can download them conveniently on your mobile or tablet.

HOTELS, CARS, FLIGHT + HOTEL AND MUCH MORE ON YOUR DESTINATION
Through our application, you may also reserve rental cars and hotel rooms at your destination. The reservation process is adapted for your mobile device, making it easier to use. You can also access our partner’s deals directly. You will also be able to access the best content about our destinations on our Travel Blog, with reviews and interesting facts you might not know about your favourite destination.

Nous sommes agréablement surpris, évidemment il faut que nous fassions attention à nos bagages, concernant le poids et aussi les dimensions mais c’est bien dit au début. jusqu’à présent nous avons quand même plusieurs vols de fait Avec Cette Cie et je dois avouer que je suis agréablement surpris.

Si vous avez trouvé que le site bug pour obtenir vos cartes d’embarquement (entre 4 jours et 2h30 avant le vol) et pensiez l’avoir sur l’app… Gagnez du temps c’est inutile d’essayer. Ça ne fonctionne pas

Please, please spend some money on the IT system (both APP and WEB). None of those two work properly. The only function among those two is payment related, booking flight and add ons. Anything else as APP and website experience such after booking support, account maintenance, chatbot are all semi broken. After booking, no email confirm was send from system back end. There is no re-send information option exist. Booking ref would disappear on both web and app time to time. Constant manual add in required. Why booking information would disappear? Then what is the purpose book flight under the account since add booking ref required every time login Additional luggage already purchased during booking why the system still keep asking if to buy check in luggages. In addition, the flight booking does not show what was purchase during booking. The only visible information is flight info. What happen to the priority pass, carry on, check in purchased during booking? Chatbot: it shows one thing, but the link takes you to somewhere else. For example, i typed confirmation, the chatbot provided a link resend confirmation by email, but the link take me to ticket purchase! There is no real human behind chatbot. Only the stupid useless chatbot gives non sense stuff There are many more issues with APP and web, the more you explore the more problems are! But anything ask you to add on (pay), it works. Once the transaction finished, good luck with it. Nothing works
