Hello, what’s wrong with the application? I couldn’t enter with my credentials, and later I couldn’t change password and later I couldn’t use the menu- the app always shows a message: “sorry, we’re having troubles”. Are you serious guys?
They need to improve quickly
I was trying to change my bank details and it took me more than a day to be able to even reach someone!
Virtual chat is a joke - one assistant could not even find the property it seems, while the first one could - 🤦🏻♀️
They don’t
Only a Uk number provided (both for visitors and owners). So I called and when I pressed the number it shut down itself. 🤦🏻♀️ I am taking my listing and money elsewhere VRBO! Thanks for a terrible experience! 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

Some properties doesn’t appear
We are property managers, we manage approximately 60 houses on VRBO and some of them don’t even appear in the application. Either on the calendar section or in the properties section. This means that I can’t manage the calendar, including rates , via the application. I have changed several devices and still the same. This has to be fixed.

Difficult for putting photos and fixing the available calendar. I all ready had a question from a client who doesn’t know the way of payment

The email for the enquiry from my guestes arrived after i have replied to them (14h later) which means i am losing money instead of winning

Please fix this asap
