I recently listed my property in VRBO amidst reading several bad reviews. I am a Superhost on Airbnb so my expectations are high - but I was disgusted to find out that VRBO employs such very bad service - it is shocking rude and ill-mannered. The guy was named Juan E. You'll really want to delist ASAP. I feel saddened for the Expedia Group for employing such bad people to run their customer service department, it is causing their business to go down the drain -- it is nowhere near the caliber of Airbnb standard or any other STR booking services, for that matter. I hope they see the bad reviews and do something about it because they can be better for our business and figure out why a lot of hosts are delisting and so many bad reviews out online.
