Stranded
I was given 30 mins notice that my accommodation was no longer available even though it had not been available since January. As I was then classed as a ‘stranded’ customer I was told I would get immediate assistance. I am still awaiting a call 24hrs later
Terrible
Every place I booked cancelled on me because they had a “double booking”, then rated me poorly when I haven’t ever even used the service or successfully stayed at a place.
Don’t use this app
Terrible app. No help or communication. When looking for accommodation in Australia was not advised quoted rate was USD until saw it deducted in PayPal. Spoke to property owner looks like this app has made about $100 on this. What a scam!
As described
We loved our stay. The little things…fresh bread baked for us. Use of the coffee machine.. House was just what we needed. Clean and tidy and big enough for us all.
I want out!
Very disappointed. Difficult to navigate. Seems impossible to get direct contact. Can’t cancel account and entry.
Too slow; fewer filter options than on website.
A needlessly slow app with fewer features than the website which it is trying to replace. Stick with the web.
Not user friendly
I installed the app on my iPhone and keeps bringing up a message Sorry, something went wrong on our end. Try again. It doesn’t allow me to get into the property details I need for a trip I am taking in less than 3.5 hours and I’ve been trying for hours. Not happy!
Reply to host message
Despite spending 15 minutes, downloading an app, etc I am still unable to reply to a host message. I just get pages wanting me to book another holiday!! I would like to give a really positive review to my host but can’t find out how to do it. I think this is pretty poor Mary Anderson
Absolute junk
Cant view the listing even after making a booking. Messages are delayed or don’t come through. Can’t copy details to click through links in messages. My email is spammed everytime I receive a message from the host and the email doesn’t show you the message contents. So stupid. Absolutely junk in it’s current state
