Messy service
I booked an apartment that turned out not to be available and now I can’t get rid of the booking even after having contacted them twice. I wonder why and how they will keep me tied to a non existent rent?

Det er nem søgning og meget at vælge imellem, har brugt Vrbo flere gange og er generelt tilfreds. Dog er det lidt svært at finde ud af om man ligesom ved Hotel.com optjener nogle fordele.

Keep adding extra cost for same dates
Be careful, as VRBO adds cost if you search same appartment and dates more times. Poor customer experience.
Home and away was god. This is not
Have used home and away since 2007 and they were good. This year we had to get a price corrected. Both owner and us hid the hed on a wall when trying to get support. The system is designed to avoid contact and there is no info over who has the case. No feedback. So this is my last comment before I delegate the app. Find another app. All houses are listed on other pages anyhow.
Extremely bad
They don’t have any control over the properties that are on the side, like Airbnb has. So there is no help, If you have problems with the host of your property.
