Error
I recently downloaded the app due to an upcoming trip. Every time I tried login to view my trip information I keep receiving an error message. I have closed and restarted the app with no success. It’s unfortunate to no be able to access the information needed. Luckily, I was able to request the information be sent by email.

Beautiful and clean
This condo was just perfect for me and my boys. The place was very nicely decorated, clean, and the perfect cozy spot. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone. I give it a 10/10!
iPhone can not use keyboard
I want to put in a destination but no keyboard option. Can’t type in the destination and can not use. Try to get help with support but the AI kept asking me about booking information
Your loss
You make it too difficult to view your site and there are so many other options than for me to waste my time with you
Great location
Location of the house is just a few minutes drive from Truckee. Very nice home. Cool hot tub. Nice amenities in a modern high tech house (no fireplace).
Pricing
VRBO is charging ridiculous prices to clean places we stay at. I believe they charge you daily for service provided only once when you leave. They also make you clean up even though you paid a cleaning deposit. I used to like this service. I won’t be using it again.
Do not use, scam service
These people charge you excessive fees and make it impossible to cancel with their illiterate customer service. Do not use.
Peaceful way to end a tumultuous year.
Our stay was perfect. We even bought a seafood boil home and cooked in the spacious kitchen, the bedroom with the king size bed was a treat, we loved eating our lunch at the picnic table. The park down the road was perfect for painting. We would love to come back - it felt like home away from home.
