Terrible Customer service

I got hacked thanks to them releasing my personal info and when I phoned them up they claimed that they can’t do anything . Resulting to my bank account being emptied.

Bad app

I don’t recomand this app as they will block your funds without any real reason, then they will ask many personal details and verification The only reason i see them doing this , is for you not being able to send all this personal demands and they could block the funds for ever So be careful with this app

Very bad application, i don’t recommend,this is my experience with them: after i recive some small funds from other skrill acounts , funds that came after i sold some crypto , they block my acces to tha app and start asking me to many personal questions about the persons that send the funds , afater a long dispute they unblocked the app only to recover my funds

Do not join

I deposited money and waited for ‘approval’ so had to send foto plus I’d. That was refused as ‘too blurry’ and then with the second foto very clear my joining was refused and the money taken as ‘administration costs’ £28,50 in total and no way to complain as decision was definite. A big scam this site.

Scam central

This app and payment method should be avoided at all costs, unless you intend to lose your money via a scam. I’m sure there are some legitimate uses for this app. However, its main use seems to be people advertising services and goods online and getting you to pay through Skrill, through which there is no recovery program, despite there being master card, somewhere in the mix. If asked to pay by Skrill, ask why the payment cannot be done through the normal bank transfer. Never pay for goods online through Skrill. The customer service team at Skrill awesome at least helpful people I’ve ever spoken to. I’m sure they are sick and tired of people ringing them after they have been scammed.

Efficient fast transfer

Excellent kind of bank account very fast and efficient.

Bank card was cloned after loading my Skrill

Within days of using my bank card to load my Skrill account my details were cloned and scammers have literally been trying to empty my account daily for the last week. Fortunately my bank blocked all the payments. It has to have been a result of loading my Skrill as the card I used to load Skrill hadn’t been used for anything else in a long time.

Avoid! Terrible fee for sending money, automatically convert your currency with a terrible rate and fee

Garbage

Support line just loops can’t get in contact with anyone. Created an account and added funds. Account immediately locked because a similar account exists? After weeks of trying to get in contact with someone I’m finally able to log in. Never got a response so I’m not sure what changed. Now in order to pull the money I added out of this garbage app I need to take pictures of myself for “verification”. I didn’t need to verify to add money just to get it back. Not to mention the 2% fee they charge just to return the cash they stole. Use wise or monzo and stay as far from Skrill as you possibly can.
