Paysend: Money Transfer App

Trying to make a payment. Every time I switch to another app to find the beneficiary details, upon returning to this app it jumps back to the beginning of the payment process. Waste of time.

PaySend is an excellent app for sending money abroad. It's user-friendly, with low fees and competitive exchange rates. Transfers are fast, often completed within a few seconds, and the app keeps you informed at every step. Overall, PaySend makes international money transfers easy and efficient. No customer service backup. You’re on your own when things go wrong. Totally ignored after repeated requests for help. Best keep away from this truly awful app.

I signed up thinking it would be really good! My friend never received her money that I sent and they put in the wrong currency!! I was sending her Philippine pesos and when I clicked on the pesos it changed to dollars and went through as dollars! My friend never received the money I sent to her. The app says it goes through on the same day but 4 days later she still hasn’t received it! I lost count how many times I tried the chat option that says it’s 24/7!! 24/7 my backside!! The chat so called helpline does not work. Only a bot saying we are busy and will respond in 30 minutes… Every time that is al it says and then absolutely Nothing!!! Only an email about 2-3 days later with zero helpful response! I had to call my bank and report fraud!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS APP!!

I had a very bad experience with this app. I did not receive a refund 10 days after the remittance was cancelled. I contacted customer service and no one responded.

The fifth day I'm waiting for information on my transfer, no money. The support service is not

When it works. Good. When it doesn't work there is NO customer service available. Unless you need to transfer funds to countries only supported by paysend, you should avoid this offer and concentrate on the alternatives.

A Waste of my time uploading so much info. Photos accepted then rejected. A mail informing me I can now send but when I attempt to I m informed something else is now not acceptable. 5 transactions for dismal amounts 0.80pence each time. Is this how you make your money. Paysend?. Pay for nothing.

The application works well. Some minor UI glitches or random error messages appear during transfers. What I miss is the ability to create a custom name for MY RECIPIENTS. If you have multiple accounts for the same recipient (so same name), you can't figure out which is which.
