Almost got scammed using this. The scammers asked me to download the app and I nearly fell for it. Thought you’d be interested to know that people pretending to be SKY are scamming people using this.

Poor service
Used Paysend to pay for goods that were never received. Customer services were not at all helpful in trying to recover the money. They just kept referring to clause 10 of their T&Cs that states that they are not responsible. All I wanted was to try to request the money back I was not suggesting that Paysend were responsible. Unfortunately, they seem to want to support and protect scammers. I hope that they are more helpful to the Police with their investigation.
