Mixed feelings…
I like being able to track my progress, I have another scale which doesn’t have that function.
However, if I weigh myself a few times in a row, I often get different results… not by much, sometimes as much as 0.3kg. My non-tracking scale by comparison is always consistent. I’d offer maybe 3.5 stars for this aspect.…
Now the app… should’ve read the Withings forum first. I keep getting logged out and need to re-authenticate, which is a major pain. Maybe my settings are to blame, possibly on me. But in an attempt to fix, I added Face ID. As others have said, why then do I still need to enter a PIN… The exasperating thing here is that it will not accept my PIN. So now I’m locked out of the app. Withings support says to delete and reinstall, which sure, that works. but I notice apologetic replies to such complaints on the forum from a year ago… And still no fix. 1 star for the app.
Good until lately
Great stable app, until recently. My weight syncs on Withings.com, but not in the app. Until last week I would’ve given this five stars.after uninstalling and reinstalling the app last week it seemed to fix things, now the same issue. App is rubbish
Data not syncing instantly
I have a body scale and the data is not syncing to the app instantly.
Good when it works. Frustrating when it doesn’t!
Sadly the app seems to fail more than works and the constant notifications and upsells to Withings + is annoying when all I want to do is simply track my family’s weight. Busy screens don’t help either. Really would be nice if you could slowly add more widgets than be bombarded with a load of very basic tips and articles you can find across the internet.

Lost access to wigets on iPhone
Just loaded the new version and lost access to the looking at my progress on wigets on my iPhone. I have no idea how to update this further.
Data Delay
Data seems to be taking longer and longer to update to the app. Weigh in on one day and see results the next!!
A terrible app
This app sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t! I have tried all the support suggestions and nothing changes the haphazard nature of the way in which it updates data both on the app and on the online portal. Apart from not updating data the data on the two are often different! What a waste of time and money!
UPDATE: It appears that changes have recently been made but it only seems to have made matters worse. Data in the Heatmap no longer shows up on the online portal and changes that I made to the Dashboard have now been overwritten again! How is this app still in use?!
