Can’t connect my Body + scales. Never buying another Withings product
Most difficult device to link to my iPhone
Hours wasted trying to reconnect to the body+ scale after replacing the batteries. When working well it’s a smart device. At the moment I have a useless piece of technology.
Just record weight and weight related!
I’m absolutely fed up with this app. My Withings scale used to record daily weight and bmi. Now it wants to record everything related to health! Yet it often fails to even record weight- just found it stopped a month ago! Why all this unwanted info? It’s a weighing scale app or used to be. Now it’s a time waster as you have to search for a weight graph. Please provide an alternative- a simple weight tracker nothing else please. I’m going to delete this app as I so dislike its development.

Extremely buggy app
It keeps asking me for a passcode. Nobody at the support replies and all customers keep wondering.
Clearly needs work
App sends achievement notifications which are laughably wrong, like ‘congratulations on using your scale 30 times’ when I only got it the day before.
It’s trying to do to much
I’m really not interested in unlocking any badges or any of that nonsense. The interface is convoluted and hard to navigate. Tracking which used to be super simple is a nightmare now and the app disconnects from the scale all the time
Awful user experience
Planning to buy a new blood pressure monitor just so I can avoid using this app. Every time you log in you have to do so via a code sent to your email! And you have to reconnect your BPM every single time! And if you try to turn off the annoying email login method to use the PIN option instead it - you need to use the PIN on top of the email! And then it forgets what your PIN is and it doesn’t let you in at all. And all this to use a BPM that fails 30% of the time. Just annoying. You will see reports of these issues in customer forums going back years and the company is not fixing.
