Can’t pair device
Since I got this watch I cannot pair it with my phone. It keeps telling me “there was an issue downloading the update” when will this issue be resolved plz

Does not work as expected
The smart watch does not seem to record anything! Actually counted my own steps and checked but the watch recorded nothing. Seems that it is counting using other apps. How come the phone that is stationary records mor steps than the watch? Actually counted my steps and checked the watch but no movement. It moves with violent shakes only. Who moves his hands violently while walking? Unless I have the config wrong I can say that it does not work!

Failing to download update
It keeps saying there was an issue downloading the update, it’s been like this for weeks now

Can’t install my watch on the app. Keeps saying ‘there was an issue downloading updates”. Tried over 10 times. I have reinstalled the app as well. No success

Heart rate measurement
Everything's perfect except for the heart rate. Have been wearing the watch but still cannot get the heart rate. Tried different ways... Still did not measure.😞
Notifications and calls don’t work anymore
App was stable until 2 months ago, I can’t receive call notifications or recent notification. Quite frustrating.
