After several years, the scale will no longer function unless connected to the app, and their privacy policy is abysmal. I will be buying the least tech-y scale I can possibly find. What is the point of making a device non-functional without Bluetooth? It’s a really controlling way to get hold of your personal data.
I absolutely hate this app
Their devices sync with their servers but the heck with the users - because this lousy App never gets updated. I spent weeks with their support - their one and ONLY suggestion? They asked me to: “properly log out and log back”!!! I mean, you log out and in! Are therr improper way of doing it?!! Either case, problem not resolved! I guess I don’t understand how to “properly” log out and in! Oh - and they want to sell us some subscriptio too!

Won’t sync with my scales. The scales are apparently syncing with Withings on the web, but it does not sync with my app.
this scale is not worth the money. you’re always trying to get it to sync with the app. nothing seamless about it!
No manual, no onboarding, no obvious help center. I’ve spent way too long trying to figure out how to use this scale and app and I’m an interface designer :(
No custom date ranges, and the date ranges are too tight and you cannot scroll the data to be a custom range. To provide feedback and as for additional features, the process is long, complicated, and requires too much data - so this is much easier.
Application utile comme complément à la balance. Il est souvent difficile de trouver ce qu'on cherche. Avec la dernière version je dois tuer l'application pour qu'elle charge les nouvelles données, c'est un peu embêtant 🙁.
After having a few issues with the app suddenly stop synching to the Withing app but not health (?!?) I logged out and back in. It immediately resynched correctly. Happy with this app.
