The results from a weigh in are significantly delayed. My last one took 2 days to appear in the app. Withings don’t care, or don’t read their user reviews as they don’t resolve this common issue. Can’t synch with Fitbit either in the UK. Massively regret this purchase

Rubbish. The app data is terrible. Can't produce a simple dashboard showing all of the measurements in one easy page or export it without going on to a computer. Can't delete and start again. Don't buy this product

I bought scales and 2 blood pressure monitors . I have had issues with the scales and it was tortuous to get help . Now that has be solved I have a new issue this app is slow to sync and seems to need to be restarted if I want it to display the latest readings . I am writing this as a bad review because the website has no way to raise it either there . This makes me very suspicious of them as a company. Will be looking for other companies in this market place that treat their customers with respect .

Cannot paste password when creating a permanent password

The UI to create a permanent password doesn't allow pasting the password in the "confirm" field. I use a password manager, I don't type passwords like an idiot. I am resorting to a harshly negative review because no other way is available to send feedback. Also enough with these stupid notifications. UPDATE: sync has become erratic and unreliable. Garbage app.

Connecting with phone/watch

I’ve started using my scales again as I have put weight on and now losing some. The scales are good and accurate but the app is hopeless and not user friendly. When it was the original Withings the app was great. When taken over by Nokia and then back to Withings ownership it’s not as good. All I want is to see everything the scales shows in the app and to be able to track all measurements on one page and scroll easily. Also I have tried everything but when I use them the info just displayed is a day late updating on my app. Sometimes two days behind!! And don’t even ask about trying to contact Withings by email or phone!! If it’s there it’s well hidden deep in the bowels of the app. After re-reading my diatribe I’m downgrading it from my original 3 stars to 2!!!

Poor customer service

I have had the scales for many months, working fine. Then I had an issue with my sister, it wouldn’t give her the ECG option. I asked the question why and it’s taken over 4 weeks to get myself back onto the scales with the correct information for me. This is because I deleted my account when everything was getting very ridiculously confusing. With Withings asking me for a screen shot of my sisters email on the scales, when she was only a member. It has taken 5 weeks to get me and Withings+ recognised. They don’t appear to be able to answer simple questions and keep repeating themselves with information that wasn’t asked for. I have just spent another hour trying to get the scales to operate with Withings+ finally I have managed it myself without following their instructions which were frankly no use. I hope I never have to deal with their customer services again. A simple phone call would have solved this issue 5 weeks ago. It would appear they don’t do phone calls, receiving or making.

Sync issues / help integration

Started off flawless. Loved it, no problems for 1 years. However….an app update earlier in the year means I can go days without data being synced to my phone. Sometimes it’s a few hours. It’s very random. To state a workaround of using the portal to see the most up to date data is not addressing the real issue. Help ‘integration’ in the app is terrible, as others have commented. You cannot minimise the help window, so when you back out to get device ID or confirm other details as requested….the chat is lost. You have to start again from the beginning and input all your data. It’s very clunky.

Persistent Sync Issue

Since the last update some three weeks ago the App no longer automatically loads readings from the scale. If I go through the hassle of logging out and back in again it occasionally does. But it’s hit or miss. It’s clear from recent reviews that many others are experiencing the same issue. Yet each review highlighting the problem is treated as if it’s a one-off issue affecting just that person. They are invited to follow a trouble-shooting link. Surely, given the number of disgruntled reviewers talking about the same issue, it’s apparent to Withings that there’s a systemic problem with the App - not the users! It’s time that Withings stopped treating their customers with contempt and hires someone who can fix their App so that it becomes fit for purpose. The problem lies at the Withings end. They should acknowledge it, publicly apologise, and announce when an update is to be made available.

What is the point of this app if it stops syncing with the very expensive scales I bought? This issue seems to happen every month, then it’s fixed, then it happens.
