I’ve had so many issues with the data syncing to the app. It’s insane. I’ve had this for a year and a half and it’s non-stop issues after issues at this rate. It’s easier if I just manually record the data every time I step on the scale instead of trying to sync it to the app.
I purchased the Withings Body Comp machine in Singapore via Amazon. The app does not sync with the machine I have not been able to add family members Most of the time the readings are incomplete This is the worst piece of junk technology I have ever purchased What’s more I have left voice mails at their customer support and written emails No response whatsoever You people are cheats!!
Previous app version with nice visual is gonna weigh scale does not synchroniser atopmaticly as before very sad to see a great app purchase buy big group becoming bad when it was a great product before .,.. very sad ….withthings wake up
always skip heart rate test and app keep on loading

Updates are good for app improvements. This, at the time of this writing, is not. The notifications for this app keep appearing. You clear it 5 minutes ago, 10 hours or 30 days ago, it just keep coming. And you have no idea which notification has been read, and which has not. My last resort: remove the app from my home screen. I just don’t want to see it anymore….
As of now, the app have button for muscle mass and fat mass and when it press, it only shows that graph. However the app don’t have for only to show bone. I using iPhone 13 mini. Latest IOS version and app version.
I purchased the Body+weighing scale when it was still branded Nokia. It has worked flawlessly for many years. Unfortunately during the recent weeks the upload of data from the scale has been delayed by more than a day and in some cases completely lost. I thought the problem was with the wifi connectivity but all my other devices work without problems. I completely reset the device but the problems persist. Could you please advise what could be causing the problem? Thanks
The app takes far too long to update after a weigh in and will constantly shut down on its own
