В цілому задоволений, але є труднощі з обміном даних, а саме імпорт в програму «здоровʼя» деякі виміри не передаються взагалі, як от кисень в крові, а деякі наприклад пульс можуть раз на добу, всього один параметр, а то і відсутні зовсім.
I am very sad that the app was automatically downloaded in russian, which is foreign language for me. Now I cannot switch it to Ukrainian, which is native for me or English, just more comfortable. Please, fix that and show respect to your customers with giving them choice, which language they feel comfortable using. Right now I just feel forced using it in russian and might have to refuse using your app at all.
I found the issue with user recognistion and that it cant meassure fat and other body stats... So it is not like apple, turn on and use. I need to finish some advetrue with buf fixing.
When i try scale it shows that it cant recognize user so data do not added to my profile so i need to gi add the measurement manually
In general the app is good. But there is some problems with sleep section - didn’t receive all data from apple health, don’t have HIIT as a workout, so put walking or other.

Є проблема. Ми з дружиною під одним аккаунтом та маємо два сканвотча. Оскільки годинники привʼязані до облікового запису, весь час годинники вимагають на моєму телефоні та дружини невідповідної конекціі. Це неправильно. Привʼязка годинника повинна бути і до аккаунта і до пристрою.
where can I write to you in support? My scales do not connect, it constantly writes after I select them, thinks and writes “an unexpected error occurred, try again” and does not want to connect. where should I write, there is no email or forms on the site. how so????
Не приходят показатели с весов на телефон
Показания завышенные по сравнению с показаниями классического тонометра. В среднем на 10..12. Почему так получаеться не понятно. Удобно, что показания вносятся автоматически на смартфон и ли на планшет. Удобно для анализа и для демонстрации лечащему врачу. Было бы удобно вносить комментарии ощущений.
