Woofz - Puppy and Dog Training

These guys are scammers. They automatically convert weekly subscription into a monthly one, once one week is over. They say there’s a detailed description of this during the purchase, but it’s not the case. It’s not easy ti cancel subscription either, you need to do it by contacting them. Overall looks very dodgy to me.

I made my profile through website and there was no reminder of the extension of subscription nor any information that canceling subscription would not be possible, and I can’t use the extended subscription since my dog is sick, so I wasted money on an app I’m not using now :(

I am very disappointed because I cannot find a way to cancel my subscription. You are saying that it is easy, but in reality, it is not possible.

In the training app that I used to have you could take videos of you training your dog and then the trainers would give tou special feedback. Also, if the treatments think that you and your dog did the exercises that you filmed very well and clearly then they would put you and your dog into the “good examples” where they would put people doing the exercise with their dog under the exercise.

So far so good :)

Super easy and fun to use!

This company is dishonest and a bunch of thieves. I want my money back or I will continue to inform the public of how you are dirty scammers.

Haven’t had time to go through the app completely yet but it seems like a good app to help with dog training and needs

I have only begun this journey with my puppy. I’m not a beginner at this and I do know how to train dogs. But this is a new family member and she’s new to the world as well, her behaviors are quite stressful at times and it’s affecting my puppy and my kids. So far the app is easy to follow. I will return in a few days for an update!
