This company is dishonest and a bunch of thieves. I want my money back or I will continue to inform the public of how you are dirty scammers.

Haven’t had time to go through the app completely yet but it seems like a good app to help with dog training and needs

I have only begun this journey with my puppy. I’m not a beginner at this and I do know how to train dogs. But this is a new family member and she’s new to the world as well, her behaviors are quite stressful at times and it’s affecting my puppy and my kids. So far the app is easy to follow. I will return in a few days for an update!
SCAM!!!!
This company is AWFUL! DO NOT SUBSCRIBE! They will charge you more than what was agreed upon. When trying resolve the issue with support they refused to refund me the money I “double payed”. Their only contact is through email. TERRIBLE TERRIBLE TERRIBLE! Their company should be ashamed of how their platform is ran. It could have been a great app but due to the overcharging and terrible customer support I do NOT recommend.

I bought a 30 plan … not trial and time set plan. After it was up my credit card was charge again. In the app and in their website there is no where to go in an review your account or see that you are going to be charged again or to cancel the subscription. I tried to contact them via the chat option and after three messages I sent it want me to pay $5 more to “keep the conversation going”. Do not sign up for this unless you want to pay $40 a month or have no choice but to dispute the charges and/or cancel your credit card to make it stop.
Thoughts
The first few presentations are cartoonish and unnecessary. It seemed like a pre-primer for the first grade. It is a total waste of my time and money. I request a refund.
