Registration process:
YONO is supported on iOS 11 and above.
Ø Install/Update new version of App from App Store and open.
Ø Allow all required permission (location).
Ø Select SIM of CBS Registered Mobile Number (RMN) and submit NEXT.
Ø An encrypted SMS with a unique code will be sent from the device to a pre-defined Number 7718965316 to verify the customer. Kindly note that for sending the SMS standard SMS charges are applicable as per your telecom plan. The SIM should have active outgoing SMS facility.
Ø If there are multiple CIFs attached with same mobile number, system will prompt for the account number and DOB for finding out a unique customer by the mobile number.
Ø If the customer is already having online banking facility of SBI, App will automatically prompt to proceed to Register on YONO with existing user credentials (Online Banking User ID and Password). After entering User ID and Password, customer will receive an OTP on Registered Mobile Number. User has to enter the OTP in the app to complete registration with an optional setting of MPIN.
Ø If the existing SBI customer is not having Online banking credentials, App will prompt to proceed to create INB credential using “Account Details” and “ATM Card” based registration process.
Ø If Non RMN SIM is selected, User will land on account opening screen. If customer claims that selected SIM is already registered with bank, user needs to visit nearest branch with KYC for updating/validating the mobile number in bank account.

I am operating from out of India and the yuno sbi application has user friendly features and it helps us to transfer money to our dear ones quickly

Unprofessional staff behavior

Very bad experience of SBI staff is totally miss behavior with costumer no sense of talking specifically in YASHODA nagar SBI branch.

Can’t register from Saudi

I’m a NRI trying to register through sms and it’s not registering as it’s sending local msg to authenticate. Getting error. How do I login, please solve this issue. Thanks

I am a NRE account holder. I registered with my KSA mobile number. I cannot register in yono. It always shows technical error. I have lost more than 20 riyals by sending the sms for the registeration.

Dear team, My device ( iPhone 8) is keep asking for registration after latest app update. I’m using currently using this app from Saudi Arabia. Even many times after registration this is not usable. Please resolve this issue. Thanks.
