Spending more than 11.000 DDK on a laptop is incredible, but the location is not working when travelling to another country. And support is not able to fix it.

Not happy at all ,I made a mistake got my password wrong Apple tride to reset it ,Apple said they would sort it out ,three days ago they said they would send me the confirmation email to reset my password ,nothing tride resetting it again today got another email saying they will send me another link on Sunday ,not happy at all Apple

I am not able to make phone call due to illness, so how am I supossed to get help? Very discriminating!!!

Jeg prøver få hjælp til at kontakte support som de viser, men der står bare det ikke kan virke. De gør mega stor reklame for at de er gode til at hjælpe, men når man skal bruge dem hjælper de ikke med en skid. Ville skamme mig hvis jeg var Apple.

I tried to use this app to reset password for another apple id than my own. Then i have to verify the phone number which is fine. Beside the fact that its hard stuck on only accepting US numbers “(xxx) cxx-xxxxx” and i can’t manually change it to another contry. Allowing the app gps locations didn’t change this behavior. Really useless for anyway outside US!!!
