Iphone 12 coverage was expired whaat to do
I didn’t get any help from this. I asked for a refund for accidental purchase of renewal subscription for apple arcade. After I reported, it says “Pending” yesterday and the decision is expected 2 days after the report then upon checking it it says “Refunded” but I never received any money refund on my acc😭

I have been trying to reset my password for 8months now. And I still can’t reset it. I tried each and every single way that’s possible and they proceed to Account Recovery method which I did for 5times and still can’t recover my Account. I have been waiting for the mentioned period to reset my password but nothing comes each and every time. It was complete waste of time. What’s the point of calling it security when I can’t even get my account back after trying every single steps. Never ever getting an apple product again.
APPLE SUPPORT IS WORSE WHEN IT COMES TO THEIR PAYMENT METHOD, THEY DOUBLED THE CHARGED AFTER ADDING NEW PAYMENT METHOD. I PROVIDED PROOF YET THEY STILL ASKED A LOT OF STUFF. NOW THE APP THAT USED FREEZE MY ACCOUNT AND CHARGED ME, THEY SAID I REQUESTED REFUND THAT’S WHY MY THEY FREEZE MY ACCOUNT, I DID NOT ASK FOR A REFUND FROM MY PURCHASE, I ASKED FOR PAYBACK FOR WHAT APPLE DOUBLED KY CHARGE. I REACHED OUT TO CUSTOMER SERVICE WITH FULL PROOF ( SCREENSHOTS) YET THEY ALWAYS FORWARD ME TO SOMEONE ELSE.
They are “unable” to do anything to help me or more likely trying to escape liabilities. Apple really just have the worst customer support. Doesn’t even know what customers right to repair mean.
The Support Apple app could benefit from improved response times. Waiting for a representative and getting assistance feels unnecessarily slow. Enhancements in efficiency would greatly enhance the overall user experience.
I like how dianne handled the situation. She helped me. But for the app itself, you need to improve when it comes to tech support and responding to clients, i dont like how i waited for 20mins panicking on what to do to my lost item.
