Asana Rebel: Get in Shape

No,you can’t actually cancel your subscription from your app…You need to send an email about it…absolutely non-sense.I just realized they charged my card although i am not even using it…but it makes your life so difficult to get through all the hussles with requesting via email your cancellation.i think they do it on purpose.not user friendly at all.

Thé exercises are for already fit, trained and flexible people. Layout is very good and exercises are challenging but you really need to be already fit to do them! Not suited for Normal peopel

The Asana Rebel App is not bad but it’s nothing for beginners. The exercices are difficult and demanding and not much explanations. But great for experienced people.

J’écris rarement des revues, mais là, ça le mérite. J’ai commencé il y a qq jours, j’adore les programmes tout en douceur, très bien adaptés pour les gens comme moi qui sont sédentaires depuis des années. Avec un tas de conseils extra, alimentaires, sommeil, break musical. Et alors le support technique : pas moyen de me loger depuis l’iPad, j’écris hier et aujourd’hui, Jake me répond et résous le problème. Ça, c’est du jamais vu ! Bravo !!

Not only is this an excellent app for sports, but it has a great customer service too. I had a technical issue with the app, and wrote an e-mail. I wished many businessed took customer service as seriously as Asana Rebel has done. I am amazed by the friendliness and reactivity of the team behind this app. Well done! I give you 5 stars!

Trainingsplan wäre super

The app is very good. Depending on the tutor, you can find your best style and methodology. Some exercises are done a bit too fast, I would like to have more explanation on how to do the exercises and what are the wrong movements to avoid, especially for knees and back. It would be good to add a ‘How to session’ where exercises are explained singularly out of the full flow and session.

Good pace, very effective, not much cardio, mainly core strength, balance and flexibility. Good feel after every session!
