Trying to withdraw money for yearly subscription, thus I’m not agree with this and already several days searching for any possibility to cancel the subscription which I didn’t apply for. There is not any feature in app or website, in the contact center answers a bit which has not any needen skill or ability to serv a customer. Very very bad! I don’t advise it!
Recently, I purchased a ticket through eDreams and additionally signed up for a premium package for €80, assuming it would make it easier to make changes to my ticket. However, I encountered extremely poor service. Not only were the necessary changes, which were supposed to be included in the premium package, not made, but communication with customer support was terrible. The coordination between different departments and the customer is very poor: long wait times for responses and no concrete solutions to my issue. I’m very disappointed, as I expected a higher level of service for such a price. Next time, I will think twice before using eDreams. Связь между разными отделами сервиса и клиентом оставляет желать лучшего: долгое ожидание ответа и отсутствие конкретных решений по моей проблеме. Очень разочарован, так как ожидал более высокого уровня обслуживания за такую цену. В следующий раз подумаю дважды, прежде чем воспользоваться услугами eDreams

They will keep withdrawing money from your account. The customer service is not responsive (there is only a phone number to call, no email or in-app written request service), and once you pay and your card is registered, they will keep cutting money from your account. I was cut money for a year prime membership from the card in August and after two months I see 55€ cut from my card account without any description. And they won’t even bother helping you. Total scam.

When you buy tickets they want you to go trial and in the end of trial period they automatically charge your card for 55 euros for subscription, if you want cancel and refund, they only cancel subscription (no charge for next year! (oh thanks) and no refund of any cent... this is completely looks like scam!
