On the website it was stated that they will charge SGD62, but when i checked my bank statement it appeared as SGD85.83! DO NOT USE THIS APP!

eventho they offer u cheaper price, it will be so hard for u to cancel ur membership, u have to call them to cancel, and for sure they will pursuade u to stay with prime i’m giving 1 star because there is no cancel subscription link button to cancel the membership theyre like forcing u to call their customer service n then finally ask u to keep ur prime subscription i’m living in Malaysia so it’s hard for me to make an international call ‼️‼️ what a scammeer

I cant get in touch with a live customer service personnel. “Chat with us” gives me to automated replies which sounds more like FAQs that doesnt help with my enquiry. I am trying to request invoice for my flight booked via the platform. Requested at least 5 times via the app and it keeps saying it will be issued within 3 days and to check email & spam box but they still have not sent it. Really terrible service.. just trying to request for invoice which should be issued when i purchased any flights.

Stupid eDreams, I never agree to subscribe but it charge me for a subscription fees automatically which never ask for my any confirmation. It blind my card automatically when I paid for a flight ticket, and now I want to unblind my card, it was not work.
