I did request my refund once they are gonna renew my subscription automatically, I did call their “Prime” call line which they claim will be answered in 1min is lied. After 50days, I still see no refund on my credit card, I called once again. They now stated not any of my call were documented and scammed me once again They will charge your credit card without your authorisation, SCAMMER SHAME ON YOU

I spend for more than 6 hours just for cancel the membership not to mention I changed the flight date, add luggage, and update the passport number all by myself. Prob the most Useless app. I have ever use!!!!!

12hours past,my ticket order is already processing,no customer can give me help, I call fight airplane，they don’t have my order record、I cannot cancel my order…… Who can give me help?

This is the worst company I have ever encountered in my life. I bought a three-legged ticket from them on May 22, 2023, and they informed me that my purchase was successful and charge me for the full price for TWD 113,458. Two weeks later, on June 8, they notified me that the purchase of the first leg was not successful. Since I could not, even picking my journey, there is no point for me to keep the remaining tickets. So I contact them for full refund. Their agent excepted my request and promised me that I will receive full refund but on June 12 they notified me that my request has been processed. When I check my account, they only refunded me TWD36,489. So I contact them again on June 18 and requested full refund again this time the agent Oso promised me that I will receive full refund but on June 24 I only received TWD48114. When I contact them again on June 28 and request them to refund the remaining TWD28855. They told me that it was the penalty the airline charged me for canceling the tickets. But it was not my fault to cancel the tickets in the first place. It was this company, I eat dreams, that lied to me that they purchased successfully my tickets for me and I believe them, and they waited for two weeks to inform me that the first leg was not purchased successfully It is the company who lied to the customers should be punished should be penalized, not the customer. When I contact them again, they simply refused to refund the remaining money. This is the worst company I have ever encountered, which does not want to take their responsibilities for their customers they only want to make money, but does not want to take the responsibility. Be careful of the company. They can cancel your purchase at any time without explanation and you the customer will have to take the responsibility on your own. My suggestion: do not do business with these awful company.

訂完票過了一週才說出票失敗，過了兩個月還沒拿到退款，打去新航問，壓根就沒收過訂票款，想找個活人連電話號碼都沒有 scam app, took my money and didn’t book the flight successfully, it’s been 2 months and I still can’t get refund, and can’t reach any live agent
