The app is not any better than just getting on skyscanner. As a gold member im very disappointed. Also extremely hard to cancel membership. DO NOT GET THIS 0 stars

Why

When we bought the tickets. They sold a few insurances to us. But when I contacted them to have their help, only been told: contact the companies directly. Someone even lied to me: I tried my best and I will sent you an email but infect their policy is let the clients looking after themselves. Never use this agency again.

I booked three flights to travel from to first from HK fly to Chiang Mai, Chiang Mai fly to Bangkok and then Bangkok fly back to HK on eDreams with almost 1000USD but the first and the third got cancelled and what the fxxk the second got paid. How am I supposed to take the second flight? The disgusting part is on eDreams it shows that the three flights are all confirmed and paid! I also paid the hotel fee of the whole trip with another 1200 USD more for 9 day in Thailand!!! And I paid 500 more USD for different day’s events in Thailand. Fkkk eDreams!!!!! It just cancelled without any refund, nothing at all!!

Don’t ever install this app in your mobile and try to make a booking. It’s a total scam that I booked flight ticket via eDreams and you will receive a email that flight could not book and will pay you back completely. It’s been 3 months I have not received the money yet. On the same day I thought this company is genuine and booked another flight for same trip. Guess what ? This crap eDreams flight booking will not have the same PNR so you cannot even board the flight. So I lost US$ 1,200 till date no refund. This is worst ever booking I have made in my life.
