Worst bad experience I didn’trecommend

If you need to waste your money just use this app they are not co operative take your money and then will ask you for more money

There is no support team and my booking after I get confirmed email for my flight, they send to me canceled ticket!!! And they not refund my money!!! How came ???!!! It’s so so so so bad app

I BOOKED A SUV FOR 5 Passengers and 6 bags. At check in I was given a station wagon for 5 Passengers and 2 bags. I requested refund but they have ignored my request. They reply every 30 days to my complain with negative response. I have evidence email from the supplier it is not the same classe. They also don’t have Mobile number. Please wait to know more. I will take them to court.

They took the amount from my card for being a member without permission from me I’m so upset from the situation

I pay with my card and then they take the money from another card without the reservation do not download this app

في عام 2021حجزت تذكرة واتضح لي بعد الحجز مباشرة ان الاجراءات الاحترازية في السعودية تمنع تلك الرحلة غير المباشرة وقمت بالغاء الحجز مباشرة في نفس اليوم وتواصلت معهم على البريد الالكتروني بطلب استرداد المبلغ ووعدوني بذلك عدة مرات وإلى الآن لم يتم استرداد المبلغ مع العلم المبلغ كبير والرحلة كانت ترانزيت ولم تصلني اصلا تذاكر السفر

The app is not clear I tried to reach customer service and I couldn’t do that It’s not clear regarding checked in baggage Please call me to fix things otherwise I will cancel the reservation
