UPDATE 27.11.2024: STILL HAVE NOT received my refund!!! Unbelievably rude and unprofessional responses from their team and customer support services….I have no words about they way you STEAL from innocent people… I am beyond disappointed and angry with Edreams. They have blatantly taken advantage of my trust, and I can’t believe a company would operate in such a deceitful way. Without my consent, Edreams charged me 69.99 euros for a Prime membership renewal - despite the fact I haven’t used their platform in over a year and a half! Immediately after seeing this unauthorized charge on my account, I called their customer support hotline, where I waited 20 minutes just to speak to someone. After finally getting through, I explained my situation and requested a refund. I was met with dismissiveness and was told refunds are “no longer possible.” Instead, they offered me a laughable “90-euro voucher” for a booking over 300 euros. Really? This is how you offer to resolve my issues when I don't want anything to do with you? Unfortunately, this is not the first time it’s happened. In November 2023, I canceled my membership on their website only to be charged the next day! That time, after fighting for a refund, I was finally told my membership would be canceled, and I was left under the impression that I’d be free from Edreams' shady practices. And yet here I am, still getting charged a year later. It’s clear from my experience, and from reading countless other reviews, that Edreams has no intention of improving. This isn't an isolated incident; their reputation speaks for itself. Friends, family, and my entire community around me have all been warned about this company and their deceitful tactics. Edreams, do the right thing and refund all the customers you've wrongfully charged. To everyone reading this, beware - DO NOT trust Edreams. They will sell you higher prices, charge you without your knowledge or consent then refuse to refund you. There are far better, trustworthy travel platforms out there. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

More stupid apps I didn’t see in my life

No one answered me, so I’m writing here in connection to the boarding pass SOF- TSF. I requested online check-in few weeks ago and waited for the flight time to approach. Meanwhile I received email for online check in and when I tried to do the checking, there was a problem loading the page (I have screenshots sent by email). I tried several times to do the checking. Unexpectedly, the night before the flight (last night) without any reason or explanation, I received an email saying that my only option is to check in at the airline. I thought there is a technical problem with the app, but when we went to the airport, they told us there are not informed for any problem and they should check in us for the cost of 55€ per person, if we still want to take the flight. Apparently, we were left with no choice. I want to ask why should we had to pay the tax and to be checked in at the airport if throughout the whole time I was tracking the app and its emails and for sure I would do the online check in if I had that possibility? What can I do to avoid the same situation for the return flight?
