sold a ticket for a non-existent flight! w1-218 to Warsaw! Sold on 09/02/2024 and the departure was supposed to be on 09/06/2024 (as they indicated in the app)!!! I arrived at the airport 3 hours before the non-existent departure, found out that I was deceived, wanted to return the ticket to them, but the program refused. How could I return the ticket earlier if they deceived me and I did not know that such a flight did not exist????

I’m very disappointed how difficult it is to get in contact with you. I cancelled my subscription in January 2023 and you are still charging me? Repeatedly trying to get in touch with you but without success

Yes I filled out all the forms but the response is” our mistake is beyond our control”. They just mean to give wrong information and take money and don’t respond.

Hello. I want to be able to manage my booking without having to add some App which is very un user friendly app. Will go directly to the airlines from now on, it is just too complicated and time consuming to use your service.
