eDreams: Flights, hotels, cars

I used EDreams previously so decided to use them again, but this time I was charged for a premium subscription without knowing it. I immediately cancelled and called to customer service and was met with denial that somewhere during booking of the flight I was informed. But I wasn’t. And they refused to refund me these 90 euro . This makes me angry to tears as I am not a very wealthy person and this is a big money for me. I will fight for the refund, but wanted to warn other people. This is really upsetting.

horrible company.! As a prime member, they gave me the wrong information and then refused to return my voucher. After pushing it (it is good I had the screenshot of the conversation with one of their liar customer agents!), they informed me that they issued a voucher for me and promised that I would receive it in 72 hours. However, after a week, still nothing is happening. No voucher, no apologies, horrible customer service and basically SCAMMERS!

This is absolute scam. You can’t cancel the prime account unless you call on some weird number (who knows how much it costs) and you are billed for the prime membership although you are interested. There is no other way to contact (email, chat or so) event in the app. Totally untrustworthy.

Assolutamente peggio di peggio. Servizio clienti non rintracciabile. Tanta difficoltà in aeroporto, check in online impossibile, pagato un sacco di soldi in più. Non posso assolutamente raccomandare a nessuno.
