Must be offline access to files. It will be good if you will not need to download file from iCloud Drive but if you could get offline access to files on iCloud Drive. In google disk it is possible.

Freezes every time I go into it, can’t fix it, tried restarting, no help on the internet, also the files import menu also freezes

Totally not compatible with side Cloud Drives. Namely in my case is Dropbox. Always had a problem to use it.

If make rating and reviews for several apps on app store during the day, on the next day all ratings and reviews is disappear, if make several days interval between reviews it is not disappear. Sometimes I can attach a file, sometimes I can’t. It’s useless.

If you try to manage lots of files or complicated pdf files, it will start slowing down or even crash. I really want it to work to manage my files stored on icloud but it is not reliable enough to be used professionally

Was working fine for months then suddenly everytime after i edit a file the app will turn black and wont save the progress. Had to re-edit my files multiple times. Tried everything from restarting my device, making sure software is updated, and the app is updated and it hasnt changed.

The app works about 50% of the time for me these days. You can literally paste a document from one folder into another and it might decide not to, and there’s no reset, offload, or update that will fix it. I really expected better out of the guys who literally made the hardware for this app. Edit: This last update has basically paralyzed the app, so I’m heading to ES File Explorer

The files app and the iCloud Drive on the iPhone are completely incompatible. While in the files app it is impossible to search for a folder or a document residing on the iCloud Drive. This is less than unhelpful on a daily basis.
