Very bad ,no one response, delivery is cancelled 5 times, take to much time, most of the restaurants skipped too much bad app

Worst Customer Service

I have been ordering through them lately and paying through my card. The riders take hours to deliver the food and when you ask them for the update, the customer service say please bear sometime as we are unable to reach the restaurant for the updates. I told them it’s more than an hour, please cancel my order. They say my order is non refundable and I can cancel it. And they won’t do anything about it. What’s the purpose of ordering through them if they can’t take the responsibility.

Scammer Business! Worst food service ever!!!! Lost more than 3000 Baht as they cancelled and refused to refund. Never trust them!! Grab App is way better

Be careful don’t pay online, they might steal your money and never deliver your food.

Very disappointing experience

If u could use any other app do it I made an order from Burger King petronas and after more than 2 hours of waiting and asking for help they cancelled my order order telling me that the restaurant was already closed when they submitted my order🙂🙂doesn’t make any sense ( to be mentioned they kept telling me that my order is ready and they’re just waiting for a rider!!!!!) never using this app again

Earlier I had a bad review on the app due to the captcha that kept asking again and again but it has been fixed. Thank you, I can now use the app to place orders 🙏

Late delivery, missing items

My order of kababjee fried chicken took more than 2 hours to deliver and has missing items, i open 2 support requests with foodpanda to get refund of the missing items and both of them closed without taking any action. Below average service and very bad customer support, regret buying pandapro, will not recommend anyone.
