Seriously the best car share platform I’ve ever used …. Gutted they pulled out of Vancouver Canada as that was a massive fleet & super easy to get a car across the city. Miss it as nothing even comes close in Canada or Australia

If you are not from Europe this app is impossible to verify your licence. They ask you for your driving record. I waited 2 hours on the phone with customer service to be told this. Very disappointed in this app

The worst ride/car sharing app I have ever used. I am visiting the United States and wanted to try Car2Go. I signed up and then tried to verify my licence. It said they couldn’t verify it as it was not from the United States. It then asked me to get a driver history report from my home country which would cost $20 and send to them which wouldn’t even guarantee me access to the or vehicles. I was literally standing in front of a vehicle and they turned something that should have been a few minute sign up process into an anti-customer. Never again will I waste time with this company.

Only have had bad experiences so far. All promotions are calculated back to credits for their service instead of a discount as advertised. Very unethical and unprofessional company. NOT recommended. Just get an Uber.

What a shame, this is such a great concept and idea and can be so convenient. There is the odd problem of cars. It being where they say they are or not being able to access cars sometimes however, the biggest issues is that they seem to have major issues with their payment processing system. Everything was fine until I had to cancel my credit card I had stored in the app due to an unrelated incident. I didn't get around to updating my payment details right away, but the app still let me rent cars, until it reached a certain limit and then my account was blocked. Fair enough, but even after providing my new credit card details and getting charges appearing on that card from car2go, the app still did not accept that I had a valid card on the system. Feeling a frustrated I called customer service and they said outstanding amounts can take a while to clear. Seems pretty stupid to me that they would not unlock the account when they clearly knew the credit card was working as payments had been charged to it already. So they started loosing my business to Reachnow. Fast forward a few more weeks and I'm still blocked from the app and still getting emails about unpaid balances. Given that a bunch of payments had just gone through I started to grow suspicious of their systems so I went back and reconciled my bank statement and trip records from the app only to discover that not only have all payments been made, but they have actually overcharged my account! I raised it with the customer service rep I was dealing with and have not heard back from her. I'd avoid using this app if you can. Reachnow seems to be a much more reliable service in Seattle.

Nachdem ShareNow von Stellantis gekauft wurde sind nur seelenlose Autos zu mieten. Früher waren immer wunderschöne Fiats 500 überall und man konnte sogar 2er bmw als Kabrio mieten. Auch ganz viele Minicooper und bmws. Vermisse die Zeiten.
