Can’t sign up 404 error

Can’t upload driver’s license because the cta doesn’t respond to clicks. This blocks from using the app.

When it works the app isn’t that bad. Even though there are apps in other European cities where you can pay by the km, or you can temporarily park for a discounted rate instead of the full minute price. The major downside is the amount of times the app just bugs. Sometimes it takes several minutes for it to allow you to end a ride.

There are cars of car2go literally everywhere, but don’t count on the reliability of this company when you really need a car, because it is probable that you have your account BLOCKED without any reason - it happened to me thousands of times already and my credit card is ABSOLUTELY fine. Then, I have to call them 3 times per day during 2 WEEKS (!!!) to see my problem solved. Never saw a customer service/billing service SO POOR that definitely kills the customer experience!

O tried to register and received 3 friendly notes: “driver’s licence not readable by software”, “please add credit card” and “address not recognised”. I added my ccard and issued 2 emails for client service. One with the photo of a receipt proving my address (zip code in other countries can have different formats) and photo of my driver’s licence. Ok for the credit card Received one mail saying ok for the address Received other mail for driver’s license saying ok but in the same minute one other stating I was blocked. Since that 3 more mails but unanswered and problem unsolved. Fancy app, fancy business but too amateurs.....

I have a suggestion for the application. After a reservation the cancel and open buttons are side to side, and are not very different from each other, which sometimes can lead to a cancelation when you want to open the car. This has happened to me at least three times! It es very frustrating because after walking to the car you get the reservation cancelled and you can not reserve the same car again because the application does not allow it. The suggestion is to redisign the buttons and place them apart.

It does its job perfectly and has many features which you couldn't even dream of. Perfect 👌🏼

I like a lot this application because the system is very good. When yo have the app in English, inside the car everything is in english, and if you are Dutch the inside is in dutch.

Brilliant app - does what we need it to do, super simple and straightforward, even to unlock cars and start rental. Well done!
