I have been truing to contact the danish customer service now for the last 2 hours with no luck. I keep getting to number 1 in the line and then they hang up the phone. This has happened 5 times now. Terrible service.

Huge fan of ShareNow here. I use them way too much. The app, however, is not very good. 1) When you’re driving an electric car, you cannot see how much battery is left. WHY? 2) When you’re driving any car, you cannot see how many kilometres you have driven. WHY? 3) When you open the app, it often takes a long time for the map to load, regardless of your connection type. 4) When you’re looking for a car, you can set up a “radar”, a feature that will tell you when a car becomes available within a certain range - but only up to 800 metres which makes no sense. 5) While you are renting, you cannot see any other cars available. With cars getting increasingly dirty and battered, this is a problem. You have to call them for assistance, and although the customer service people are super nice, it’s a complete waste of everyone’s time. 6) When you rent by the minute, the app will always tell you one minute less that you will be invoiced for. It’s a small amount, but unacceptable that the same invoicing item can be quoted with different values. I have tried telling them but they don’t want to understand. This is not related to the app, but cars are getting more and more dirty inside. 9 of 10 times I rent, there are both chewing tobacco pouches and empty bottles/cans. Most of the time, dog hair, lots of stains, mud/sand and assorted garbage. You should introduce a tier system so you can rate the car’s cleanliness state. Good renters pay less, and the ones making a huge mess pay the standard price. I used to clean up the car when I started rides, but I refuse to pay to clean other people’s mess.

My account was suspended. I get notice by email that it will be available after one month. More then after 1 month I call support to ask when my account will be available again? They tell me write the email I ask them what I should write in the email. They tell me nothing. I was in hurry in meeting and cannot access the car. I ask them to unlock now. Support tell me use BUS or TRAIN. I was more then 5 years their VIP costumer and they talked to me in that way. I go to local office to get explanations what is going on. That time I used another similar service to get to the office where they are located. In the office they tell me that I will never get my account again. Then I leave office they lied other company that when I left their office I hit the car on parking lot. And another company blocked me with no reason. All this happened in Denmark, Copenhagen. I was happy to use their services it was nice and easy. But people who working there are arrogant and don’t give a dam about their VIP costumers.

After an update the app doesn’t open on my iPhone. So obviously I can’t use their service. I didn’t find, what is the cause. Well...

Used for quite long time but account got suspended suddenly, without any warning or email/notification with information that it gets suspended, no reason given - so you can easily imagine that this got revealed when I was in need for getting a car. No sensible response from their support for over 7 days. Switched to alternatives and ditched them.

Turen skulle gå til Camp Adventure Tårnet og vi lavede en fin reservation. Vi gik rup ned til bilen da vi ikke ville have at andre skulle tage bilen. Der var tilbud på 10timer for sølle 400dkk. Selen blev spændt og vi samlede et par venner op på vejen. Alt gik fedt og jeg kan stærk anbefale at besøge tårnet. Da vi kom hjem og fik sat den fine BMW i opladeren, fik vi os noget af en overraskelse da vi har lejet for 2.097 Dkk. Vi blev så chokeret og ringede til supporten(24/7) og fik forklaret vores fejl. Fejlen blev rettet og vi fik betalt det vi skulle oprindeligt. Tak for hjælpen Vi ses igen ShareNow

Used to love this app, but now it’s buggy Reserved a car twice and each time I went to the car I could no longer see the car on my screen. Trying to reserve another car is not possible as the app doesn’t allow you to as you already has one ongoing reservation. Tried to close the app. Close Bluetooth, reinstalled the app. Nothing helps out. iPhone 12 Pro 15.4.1
